Garden is growing, so that is a plus. It is very small for the price, however. We made another one of our own which is doing much better.

Culinary herb garden growing kit
I purchased this as a Christmas gift so it hasnt actually been used yet. My parents like to garden & cannot in the cold Colorado winters. This is a nice alternative & they can also use the herbs in cooking. Would also be nice for children to be able to watch it grow.
