Buy new: $28.90 We tried different bottles with Ethan and felt that he was getting air or they made him fussy. These have more parts than others but go in the dishwasher. Both boys only spent 1-2 weeks on the level 1 nipple and then jumped to the level 2.

Buy new: $9.95 Just a neat invention since Ethan. I always swaddled Ethan was thermal blankets (they work MUCH better than cotton blankets) and he would get an arm out. Now I swaddle Austin with one of these AND then a thermal blanket and he is sleeping 5-8 hours a night at 7 weeks. We used several thermal blankets and the 30 x 40 ones worked the best.

Buy new: $23.99 This is useful when they get a little bigger. I haven't heard anything good regarding the forehead thermometer from anyone. Most I know have returned them.

This isn't the exact one we have. You just want to make sure you have a medicine dispenser with suction. Babies/Toddlers don't always cooperate and it is better to have control over how much medicine is dispensed than having it running down their faces.

Buy new: $5.99 This would be a matter of opinion. We had a couple of antibiotics that gave us diaper rash problems and Burts Bees Diaper cream was the BEST. I used a little of the balmex but not very often.
