Buy new: $76.50 Highly Recommended! I didn't want to spend this kind of money on a monitor (w/o video!). But as you can see, I've tried two others that didn't cut it. This is hands down the clearest audio monitor on the market. I kept thinking it was off it's so quiet, until my daughter would make a noise.

Buy new: $49.95 These are perfect for bundling, both during summer and winter. They are made of a very light and breathable cotton, which also has a nice stretch to it for help bundling. During summer, just the Muslin wraps and diaper was enough. During colder months, we just comlemented with a sleeper.

Buy new: $160.00 Wow. What a small price to pay for piece of mind. Too many parents think a video monitor is the way to go. Maybe for toddlers trying to crawl out of their crib, but for infants this is the monitor to get. Several times this when our baby had a cold or RSV the movement alert went off. While it was scary, the fact that we knew this in seconds was very important to us.

This aquarium has consistently helped put two babies down to sleep for years. It is soothing and just does the job. We've tried other soothing sound devices but none work as well as this.

Buy new: $19.17 Your baby will appreciate this wherever you live. Even in warm Texas, diaper changes using this always went better with less fussing than with room temperature wipes. Just make sure to get extra pads and keep them wet so they don't harden.

 | Munchkin Deluxe Bottle/Food Warmer
We used this for our first baby and it worked well. Now we just put water into a glass bottle, throw in the microwave for 20 seconds, and pour into regular plastic (BPA free) bottles and add formula. The microwave is fast, but more importantly there is no guess work. Just find the right time for your bottle size and microwave, and you're done.

Buy new: $5.12 Don't ask me why, but these work great for babies teething and just as pacifier substitutes. Get a few as you'll always be scrambling for a clean one.

 | Combi Flare Lightweight Stroller in Edamame
Do yourself a favor and buy a lightweight but quality built umbrella stroller if you travel much. The infant systems work great for around town but we preferred this even over our Peg Pliko. It's just so light and easy to use.

This was one of the few models with side impact protection (SIP) when we bought it. It has worked well for two babies. Well constructed, feels substantial and safe. Cons include weight and price and there are probably better options out there now.

Works well with Peg infant carrier. Much lighter than other travel system strollers but there are many options now. Sun coverage is great when combined with carrier. One nice thing is the size of the Peg allows larger and older todders to use the stroller compared to Combi and McLaren. Even my 3 1/2 year old has crashed in this one when tired.

Buy new: $32.99 Works well for the price. Great battery life. Only downside is interference. The 27 channels help but it doesn't work well from too far away if you have other wireless signals (phones, wifi, etc) going.

Not Recommended!
Positives: Very small. Nightlight on base unit is nice to have.
Negatives: Sound quality very bad with nothing but high tones. Doesn't work well over distances including separate floors. Most voices are mids and this seems to have none, though we can hear our 3 year old when she yells. Battery life is horrible at under 4 hours between charges.

Buy new: $6.35 A tad pricey for a plastic plate but works as advertised. Of course this won't stop your todder from picking food up and putting it everywhere but his/her mouth. But at least they won't be able to do it all at once.

Buy new: $99.88 Works great, no interference and picks up sounds well in my experience. The temperature sensor is nice to have for little ones.
