We keep a little mustard-bottle full of water in the drawer next to these wipes and they handle any job, though occasionally we go through 2 or 3 for a big mess. I like the slight texture, which really 'grabs' instead of smearing around, without having to rub hard against baby skin. Even dry these are great. We wash them with our diapers and they always clean up perfectly!

I got 2 packs of these for overnights, and they really are quite amazingly absorbant! We add an infant-sized bumgenius liner but I'm not even sure that's doing anything, just a precaution. Our baby frequently sleeps 9+ hours straight since we bought these.

We've sent this to daycare for cloth diapers & clothes for 5 months, and it goes right in the wash with them. The zipper on the bottom makes it easy to wash - no water gets trapped inside. Just ordered a second one for alternate days.

The cotton swaddlers became our favorite, the fleece seems just a little too warm and not as stretchy. The large has worked great for us 4-6 months and puts him right to sleep. We do layer a blanket on top.

We've been able to use this sparingly with the cloth diapers, even though reviews will say it "ruins" them. If there is a bit of a rash, I apply this and then use a newborn-sized fleece liner directly against his skin to prevent paste getting on the pocket diaper. Requires a more frequent change as soon as he feels wet but that's ok. Usually with one or two changes rash is already looking better.

You can boil the tubes for 10 mins in a pot of water and reattach to the pump to dry, but it's nice to replace them every few months.
