30. Although it's only really known for the title track, this is a fantastic folk album. Don McLean has a beautiful style of lyrics and guitar. He's a greatly underrated muscian.

28 Pete Townsend's best concept album because it's not too serious. It's funny. I Can See For Miles is the Who's best song. It's nice see Townsend's sense of humor. I think it's better than Tommy.

22 The greatest grunge album ever. This found a new sound for rock.Raw,filthy,gritty, but amazing.Kurt Cobain had a unique style of writing. It's no wonder why he is still a major influence on teenage youth.

20 The Byrd's first and best album. What got the attention was the electric Dylan covers, but the whole album is strong. The orignal songs a terrific. So is the album.

18This is the best protest album ever. But the love ballads are beautiful, and the non-sense songs are wildly funny. This is what rightfully made Dylan famous. This is phenomenal writing for a 21 year old. But, then again, Bob Dylan is the best lyricist of all-time.

16 What a great rock and roll album. It changes from raw to polished constantly. Every second is great. It was the greast opening and closing for any album (Gimme Shelter/You Can't Always Get What You Want). The rest is excellent too.

2. The Beatles had just about had it in 1969. It is literally a miracle that they didn't call it quits before this. It's a majestic ride from the funky bass of Come Together to whismy of The End. Octpus's Garden is awful and it's too bad they ened with Her Majesty, but it doesn't matter. It's still amazing.
