Best rice cooker out there. Splurge for the 10 cup. It sounds huge, but even for 2, it's perfect. We cook 1 recipe of rice (4 servings) in it & add 2-3 pounds of broccoli florets (or cauliflower, asparagus...) on top of the rice & it steams perfectly.

Earthier, and a little heartier. Best cooked in the rice cooker, then buttered sparingly after serving -- the fresh cream butter flavor is better than any sauce or seasoning on a dense pilaf like this one.

Just as good with less butter -- if less guilt is your deciding factor.
